Product and technical support

Write to us if a generation failed, an image came back wrong, or a listing did not read the way you expected. Tell us the date of the generation and the product name, so we can find it in our logs. We never ask for your password, and we never need your Etsy account credentials.

Billing and subscriptions

You can change your plan, download your invoices and cancel at any time from the billing section of your dashboard. If a charge looks wrong, or you need an invoice reissued, write to us and we will sort it out.

Privacy and data requests

To get a copy of your data, or to have your account and every stored image removed, use the account settings in your dashboard or write to us. Deletion is completed within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Press and partnerships

For press enquiries, review access or partnership proposals, write to the same address and put the word Press in the subject line.

Developers and AI agents

OriginShot has no public write API today. Generation runs only inside the signed-in web application. The developer reference explains the error format, the rate-limit headers and the crawler policy, and it is the right place to start before you write to us about programmatic access.
